American Agricultural Appraisal (AAA) is currently seeking part-time, commission-based agricultural appraisers to join our team. Applicants MUST have an extensive background in the livestock and/or farm equipment industries and direct experience with pricing (values) of livestock and/or farm equipment. We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators, highly organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision.

Level 1 Appraiser - 60/40

  • Appraiser earns 60% of appraisal fee

  • American Agricultural Appraisal is paid 40% of the appraisal fee.

  • Fees for most Level 1 Appraisals will usually range from $500-$1,500/per appraisal

Applicant is required to have a certificate of completion of The Principles of Valuation training course issued from the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers. You can enroll here.

Level 2 Appraiser - 70/30

  • Appraiser earns 70% of appraisal fee

  • American Agricultural Appraisal is paid 30% of the appraisal fee.

  • Applicant is required to have a certificate of completion of The Advanced Principles of Valuation

  • Fees for most Level 2 Appraisals will usually range from $1,500-$5,000/per appraisal

Applicant is required to have a certificate of completion of The Advanced Principles of Valuation training course issued from the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers. You can enroll here.

Level 3 Appraiser - 80/20

  • Appraiser earns 80% of appraisal fee

  • American Agricultural Appraisal is paid 20% of the appraisal fee

  • Applicant is required to have a current certificate of The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)

  • Applicant must have a completed log showing that they have completed 700 hours of billable appraisal hours

  • Fees for many Level 3 Appraisals will usually be $5,000+ per appraisal

Applicant is required to have a certificate of completion of The Principles of Valuation training course AND The Advanced Principles of Valuation training course issued from the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers. You can enroll here.
